Conditions of Sale
It is a condition of sale that you accept that
RigoreVali cannot be held liable for any consequential damage or injury
caused to you or to third parties as a result of your use or misuse of any
product we supply. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the value
of the original purchase cost of the product.
If you intend to use any of our products for
historical re-enactment purposes or similar, we strongly recommend that
you obtain appropriate personal and/or public liability insurance to cover
yourself against such eventualities.

All products are normally made to
order. RIGOREVALI will provide you with an estimated completion time when
you place your order. We aim to produce items within 2 weeks of an order
being placed.

Payment may either be made in GBP
via cheque or Money Order, or a PayPal invoice can be issued to you, unless
other arrangements have been agreed at the time of order. VAT is not
charged.

All goods are sent by tracked
delivery. If you do not receive your goods, please contact us so that we can
trace the item.

If you are not satisfied with
your order, please return it within 28 days in its original condition for a
refund. Carriage costs are not refundable. Any goods which show obvious
signs of wear are not eligible for return under this clause.

Any claims under the terms of a
RIGOREVALI guarantee should be notified to us as soon as possible and in any
event BEFORE returning any goods. You are responsible for any carriage costs
incurred in returning goods to RIGOREVALI. We will pay to return any
repaired/replaced goods to you.
